Author Talk: J.T. Currie

May 11 @ 10:00 am

Local author J.T. Currie will be presenting an author talk at Cody Library’s Grizzly Hall on Saturday, May 11th at 10:00 a.m. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Currie draws inspiration from his diverse background as a boxer and a Cavalry Scout in the United States Army for his novels. His writing journey began in 2011 when he received an old typewriter as a birthday gift, leading to the drafting of his debut fiction novel, “The Lords of Greenfield,” which was published on Amazon in 2023. In the same year, Currie also authored and published three more books: “We Three that Be and the Dashboard Jesus,” “The Carny,” and his latest release, “The Devil in Darlington.” Presently residing in Meeteetse, Currie is affectionately known by many neighbors as “The madman of Warren Street” as he continues to pursue his ambition of penning the next great American novel.
