Author Craig Johnson

February 25 @ 12:00 pm

OUR story (and we love it so don’t challenge it 😃) is that shortly after Craig Johnson’s first book “The Cold Dish” came out, Meeteetse Librarian Diane Chapman contacted him and asked him if he’d come and talk in Meeteetse and he agreed. When she asked him what he charged, he said he’d never been asked to come to a book talk and didn’t even know what an appropriate amount was. And so they agreed on a 6 pack of Rainier Beer! He’ll be back to his beginnings on Sunday, Feb. 25 at noon. Sponsored by Meeteetse Friends of the Library, it’s being held at the Meeteetse Chocolatier.
