Join Us for ‘Night at the Library’ – A Night of Fun and Fundraising!

Are you ready for an unforgettable evening of books, costumes, and excitement? The Park County Library Foundation invites you to be a part of “Night at the Library,” a unique event designed to raise funds for essential library programs and services. Mark your calendars for Friday, October 13th, from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at the Cody Library. This is an adults-only event for ages 21+ that promises a night of literary-themed adventures.

What’s in Store?

Themed Book Stations: “Night at the Library” will transport attendees into the magical world of literature with five themed book stations, each dedicated to a captivating novel. Guests are encouraged to embrace the spirit of these books by dressing in costume:

    1. Friday Night Lights by H.G. Bissinger
    2. Casino Royale by Ian Fleming
    3. The World of Downton Abbey by Jessica Fellows
    4. Open Season by C. J. Box
    5. Real Murders by Charlaine Harris

    Refreshments: Each themed table will feature immersive decorations, delectable food, themed drinks, and interactive games, allowing attendees to fully immerse themselves in the essence of the chosen book.

    Silent Auction: Bid on a variety of exciting items and experiences in our silent auction. Your contributions will directly benefit library programs and services.

    Tickets: Secure your spot at this fantastic event for just $75 per ticket. Tickets are available at any of the three Park County Libraries, the Cody Chamber of Commerce, Hickory Street Bistro in Powell, or through our PayPal link.

    To pay for tickets online, click the “Donate” button below. You will be sent a confirmation email and instructions for picking up your tickets after your transaction has been processed.

    The funds raised from “Night at the Library” will support a wide range of vital programs and services at the Park County Libraries.

    Attention Patrons: The Powell Library will be closed April 23-May 5, 2024 while we move into our temporary location in the Homesteader Building at the Park County Fairgrounds. All Park County Library System patrons can continue to place holds/request items, but please understand your hold may be delayed due to the closure. We look forward to seeing you at the fairgrounds in May.
