Hip Hop for Families at the Libraries in June!

Enjoy fun and engaging stories full of beatbox and vocal percussion that the whole family can enjoy together. Neil McIntyre, aka Mr. Kneel, an award-winning Hip Hop musician and educator, will be performing three separate shows at each Library in Park County. His first appearance will be at the Cody Library at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 14 in Grizzly Hall. He will then travel to the Powell Library that afternoon at 2:00 p.m. in the Library Meeting Room. On Wednesday, June 15, Mr. Kneel will be at the Meeteetse Library at 10:00 a.m.

Neil McIntyre has over twenty years of experience on stage and in the classroom. He has worked with a wide age range of kids, from toddlers to college students. He’s a former inner-city teacher who went on to perform for a much larger audience in 43 of the United States and 6 provinces abroad! Mr. Kneel works to inspire kids with his uplifting message of character and self-respect.

Come and see Mr. Kneel at one of the three Park County Libraries this month. Each event is free and open to all ages.

Attention Patrons: The Powell Library will be closed April 23-May 5, 2024 while we move into our temporary location in the Homesteader Building at the Park County Fairgrounds. All Park County Library System patrons can continue to place holds/request items, but please understand your hold may be delayed due to the closure. We look forward to seeing you at the fairgrounds in May.
