The Park County Library invites adults to participate in the upcoming Book Group Therapy series, offering meaningful discussions centered around themes of personal growth, emotional health, and resilience. Led by Carol Bell, MA, PPC, these sessions provide a safe space to explore transformative books and share insights.

- January 14: Being Mortal: Medicine and What Matters in the End by Atul Gawande – A conversation on death and dying.
- February 11: I Don’t Want to Talk About It: Overcoming the Secret Legacy of Male Depression by Terry Real – A focus on depression in men.
- March 11: In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts: Close Encounters with Addiction by Gabor Maté – Exploring addiction and mental illness.
- April 8: The Gifts of Imperfection: Let Go of Who You Think You’re Supposed to Be and Embrace Who You Are by Brené Brown – On accepting our humanness.
The first book, Being Mortal, will be available for pick-up at the Cody Library’s front circulation desk starting December 16.
