The Park County Library in Cody will host a Volunteer Fair on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event aims to connect local nonprofits and organizations that rely on volunteers with individuals interested in community service.

The Volunteer Fair offers organizations the opportunity to present their volunteer needs and connect with potential volunteers from the community. The event is designed to facilitate direct engagement between organizations and individuals looking to contribute their skills and time.
Registration Information
Organizations interested in participating must reserve a table by Friday, October 18, 2024. To register, call 307-527-1880 or email [email protected]. Tables and chairs will be provided, and participants should specify if they need more than one table or a specific number of chairs. Setup for the event begins at 8:30 a.m. on the day of the fair, with the event running from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
If your organization is unable to participate during the set times, you’re welcome to bring brochures and materials for either a dedicated table with your banner or a shared table with other organizations.
Participation Guidelines
Organizations should be prepared to provide information about their mission, volunteer opportunities, and how community members can get involved. The fair’s location within the library will be determined based on the number of participating organizations.
