Spreading Halloween Cheer: Costume Exchange Event at All Three Libraries!

Are you ready to embrace the spirit of Halloween and make this holiday season a little more eco-friendly? Park County Libraries are excited to invite you to our upcoming Halloween Costume Exchange events, happening at the Cody, Powell, and Meeteetse libraries on October 6th. Get ready for a day filled with fun and community spirit!

Swap for a Spooky Surprise:

Our Costume Exchange is all about fostering a sense of community while reducing waste. We welcome participants of all ages to join us on Friday, October 6th, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at any of our library branches. It’s a perfect opportunity to clear out costumes that you or your loved ones have outgrown or simply don’t need anymore. And the best part? You can trade them for something new-to-you!

Clean & Gently Used Costumes:

To ensure that everyone goes home with a high-quality costume, we kindly request that all costumes be in clean and gently used condition. This way, each exchange is a delight, and you’re sure to find something special for your Halloween celebrations.

Donate and Share the Magic:

If you have costumes to spare and wish to contribute to our event, we’ll be accepting costume donations during library hours the week of October 2nd-6th at any of our library branches. Your generosity will help make this Halloween special for someone else in our community.

A Free and Fun Event:

Remember, our Costume Exchange is all about sharing the joy of Halloween, so no monetary exchanges will be accepted. Let’s keep it free and full of smiles!

Spooky Surprises Await:

After the exchange is over, any remaining costumes will be donated to benefit others in our community, ensuring that the Halloween spirit spreads far and wide.

Join Us for a Howling Good Time:

Mark your calendars and join us at the Cody, Powell, or Meeteetse libraries on October 6th. It’s a day of thrills, chills, and costume swaps you won’t want to miss. Share the event with friends and family, and let’s make this Halloween season a memorable one for everyone.
