The Summer Reading Program is a fun way for libraries to promote reading and literacy in children, teens and adults.
Each summer, Park County Libraries offer programs and events that are connected to the Summer Reading theme. The theme is chosen by the Collaborative Summer Library Program and adopted by libraries all across the country. This year, the theme is Tails and Tales. The purpose of these programs is to help enhance literacy by engaging children, teens, and adults in reading and reading-related activities during the summer months, and to foster a love of reading through library programs and services.
We will be adding more information to this page as we get closer to the beginning of these fun programs.
The fun begins on June 1, 2021!
