Photographer and environmental educator, Leslie Colin Tribble is offering a presentation on using your cell phone to photograph landscapes. The talk will be in Grizzly Hall, Saturday, May 19 at 10 a.m. and is free and open to the public.
The best camera is the one you have with you and these days, nearly everyone carries a cell phone. The latest models of cell phones contain cameras which rival the capabilities of much larger and expensive DSLR cameras. Although they are easy to use, there are some tricks you can learn to make your photos go from functional to fabulous.
Bring your cell phone and learn how to use auto as well as pro modes, some principles of composition and perspective, as well as why you want to add a little editing to your shots. Participants will spend time in Grizzly Hall learning some tips and tricks to great photos, and depending upon the weather, go outside to practice.
