Transforming Your Inner Critic into an Inner Coach; Practical Self-Compassion will be presented by author, life coach and psychotherapist Nando Raynolds at 2-4 p.m., Saturday, April 7. The workshop is free and open to the public in Grizzly Hall at the Park County Public Library, Cody.
The workbook by the same name will be available for sale. Nando will introduce the principle ideas from the workbook and guide the audience in exercises to apply the ideas to their personal lives.
The workbook is written in a casual and approachable style, the author presents this topic thoroughly, with humor and personal vignettes.
Nando has been a psychotherapist in private practice since 1988. He has helped hundreds of people manage their internal negativity with mindfulness and compassion.
He has practiced martial arts since 1978. Nando has published three T’ai Chi and Qigong videos. Nando lives in Southern Oregon. He is visiting his sister, renowned artist, Linda Raynolds and his mother, May Raynolds. Both family members live in Cody.
