You can apply for a library card online using the form below. We will get a card ready for you, and when you come to the library with proof of residence in Park County (such as a Wyoming driver’s license, a utility company receipt, or a property tax receipt), you can get your card. If you have children under 18 for whom you would like library cards, please put their names and birthdates in the box at the bottom of this form. They will need parent/guardian signature to get their cards.
