Cheryl Wright, Julia Weaver, and Edie Phillips attended the Wyoming Library Association Spring Meeting April 18 and 19, 2008 in Casper. We received a ton of information via the Government Information in the 21st Century project sponsored by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
