We still have Food for Fines going on so it is not too late to stop in, simply bring in some non perishable food items and we will forgive your overdue fines. Indulge in one of your favorite childhood memories with other adults. Gentle music will be played and all coloring materials will be provided! Color and enjoy stress free conversation with other adults and meet new friends. You are welcome to bring your own supplies if you so desire. A sign-up sheet will be at the front desk or you can give us a call at 754-8828.
Matthew Gurnsey, The Kilted Man, will be in Powell Wednesday, Oct. 26 at 6:00 p.m. in the Fireside room. His unique talents with beautiful Celtic instruments such as the concertina, bodhran, bones, mandolin and so many others will flow with his rich voice to provide beautiful melodies and tales. The Kilted Man will delight all ages. This performance is made possible by the Park County Library Foundation and is free to the public. Everyone is welcome to attend!
Decorate or carve a pumpkin to represent a book title or character. Share your creativity by displaying your pumpkin at the library for other patrons to see! Bring your pumpkin to the library on October 24th between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and get a treat for your participation. Pick your pumpkin up any time before 5:30p.m. on October 28th.
