It is time for something new! We are beginning a new set of books for our discussion groups this spring. We have an afternoon discussion that is on the second Tuesday of the month from 2:00-3:00. Our evening discussion meets every second Thursday from 6:30-7:30. The evening discussion has partnered with Northwest College professors who have so graciously offered to lead for us.
These are some of the books our groups will be reading starting in January 2017.

R. Orin Vaughn “Cowboy Bob,” returns to Grizzly Hall at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 7. Robert will discuss his latest collection of western short stories, Guns, Grit n Women II.
Cowboy Bob will also share his strategies for self-publishing success.
A book signing and sale will follow his talk.
Merry Christmas from the staff at the Powell Branch Library! We still have Food for Fines going on so it is not too late to stop in, simply bring in some non perishable food items and we will forgive your overdue fines.
