Panel members will offer strategies for the prevention of sexual assault based on their experience:
- Crisis Intervention Services Executive Director Lisa Peterman and Powell Office Manager and Client Advocate Candie Anderson.
Crisis Intervention Services is the local domestic violence/sexual assault agency for Park County. Services include 24-hour crisis line, advocacy, support groups, protection order advocacy, court support and accompaniment, emergency shelter, information/referral and supervised visitation and custody exchange.
- Park County Attorney’s Office Tim Blatt.
The County and Prosecuting Attorney prosecutes all felonies committed within Park County.
- Powell Police Chief Roy Eckerdt
The mission of the Powell Police is to pursue justice and maintain the public peace and order of the community.
- Bright Futures Mentoring Director Michelle Tidball
Bright Futures encourages the development of successful citizens by building relationships. They offer programs for children ages 5-18. Their goal is to help children stay safe and healthy.
