Wyoming author Kenneth Thomasma, whose historical novels for children about Shoshoni, Kootenai, Lakota, Nez Perce, and other Native American children have long been popular in the Park County Library System, will be paying a visit to the Meeteetse and Cody libraries on May 17 and 18. He will conduct workshops with students in the Meeteetse Schools all day on Monday, May 17, and he will give a public presentation at the Meeteetse Branch Library at 6:00 p.m.
On Tuesday, May 18, Thomasma will visit Cody elementary schools, and at 6:30 p.m. that night, he will speak about Sacajawea and the Lewis & Clark story at the Park County Public Library in Cody. All ages are welcome and refreshments will be served!
