Two important announcements:
- From Nov. 19 through Dec. 31 you can bring in canned or packaged food for humans or pets in lieu of fines at Park County Public Libraries.
- Get in the holiday spirit! Maybe you’ve seen the posters around town for the “Decorator’s Holiday House,” which is a benefit for the Park County Library System. Dates are Friday, December 7, 1-5 p.m. & 7-8:30 p.m. candlelight tour; Saturday, December 8, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. & 7-8:30 p.m. candlelight tour; Sunday, December 9, 1-5 p.m. This event takes place at Mary Barbee’s home, 625 Skyline Drive, the former Nielson home and features the holiday decor of 17 outstanding designers. You may purchase tickets for $10 each for the daytime events, and $15 for the candlelight tours, at Park County Library, at various businesses, at the door, or by calling 587-6597.
